Privacy Policy
Last updated . This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
1. Who we are
iplScoreTrack (operating at iplscoretrack.com) is an independent IPL data and prediction resource. For privacy queries, contact [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect minimal data:
- Server logs. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent. Used for security monitoring and aggregated traffic analytics. Retained for 90 days.
- Analytics cookies. Anonymous usage statistics via privacy-respecting analytics. No personally identifying data is collected.
- Contact form submissions. Name, email and message content you provide voluntarily via the contact page. Used only to respond to your enquiry.
We do not collect or process payment information. We do not run a user-account system. We do not require registration to view any content.
3. What we do not collect
- Aadhaar, PAN or other government-issued IDs.
- Financial information (bank, card, UPI).
- Health data, biometric data, or other special-category data.
- Location data beyond IP-derived country/region.
4. Affiliate tracking
When you click an outbound "Bet on..." link, the destination operator may set their own tracking cookie identifying you as a referral from iplScoreTrack. This cookie is set by the third-party operator, not by us, and is governed by their privacy policy. We do not receive personally identifying data about you from that operator — only aggregated commission reports.
5. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- Essential cookies. Session continuity, language preference. No tracking.
- Analytics cookies. Anonymous traffic measurement. You can decline these via your browser settings.
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on iplScoreTrack itself. Third-party domains you visit by clicking outbound links may set their own cookies.
6. Your rights under DPDPA 2023
If you are based in India, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data (except where legal retention applies).
- Withdraw consent for analytics tracking at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Your rights under GDPR
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise these, email [email protected].
8. Data retention
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Contact form submissions: 24 months from the date of the last reply.
- Aggregated analytics: indefinite (but anonymized).
9. Data security
The site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or 1.3. Server logs are stored on the hosting provider's encrypted infrastructure. Contact form submissions are emailed over TLS-secured SMTP. We do not store contact form submissions on a public database.
10. Children
iplScoreTrack is intended for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
