Practical limits before you start
- Set a maximum monthly budget. Treat it as the cost of entertainment — money you accept losing.
- Use deposit limits available on every licensed operator. Set them low to start.
- Set a session time limit. 30-45 minutes is plenty for any single sitting.
- Never borrow money to bet.
- Do not bet while drinking, tired or stressed.
